Welcome to HomeEspaña. We hope this is the first step to finding your dream home in Spain. HomeEspaña was founded in 2002 by Kieran and Noel Byrne, who came from a professional background working in Financial Services and Media.

Back in 2002, It was clear that the Spanish Real Estate market was outdated and unprofessional. Customer service and employee work practices needed serious attention. That’s why HomeEspaña has grown massively in popularity.

Our professional and reliable service for clients wanting to buy and sell property on the Costa Blanca is unmatched.
