What is Design and Build?
Design and build is a bespoke plot and build service for clients that want to build their dream villa without the headache of managing a project. It is the ‘clean and simple’ approach to building your dream home here in Spain. You still get to make all the fun decisions involved in building your own villa, just without the drama!
We offer a flexible approach to deliver plot and build. Ranging from adapting an existing model through to a fully personalised bespoke design and build. Just choose the plot of land from a range of options and our team will arrange to build your home on a Fixed Price Contract from a proven and vetted builder.

Our main focus area for our Design & Build concept is in the north Costa Blanca region, due to the many options available.
Is your dream is to live in the popular coastal towns of Denia or Javea? Or do you love the village feel of the Orba & Jalon Valley with their spectacular mountain and distant sea views? No matter your preference, we have plots to perfectly suit your needs.

Complete freedom
Making small changes to an existing model villa to a full bespoke villa design driven by your own vision! For the design, you can select one from a builder´s in house architect, a local architect or use your own architect from outside of Spain.

By having the ability to choose your ideal location and plot, as well as the design of your new house, you get the best of both worlds.
Affordable
Prices start from €400,000 (+IVA). You have flexibility with how you control your budget by deciding what is important: location, villa size or specification. The final build cost is set on a Fixed Price Contract, so there are no surprises.

When you’re involved with the design of your home, you can ensure that quality is optimized. You can live in a high-quality home which is brighter, better insulated and more energy efficient.
Design
Working with your chosen Architect, you will have complete control over how your dream house will look .
