Off the living room there is an independent and fully-fitted kitchen with access to a patio, where there is also an utility room. Through the hallway, there are three large double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and two good sized bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower. One of the bedrooms also has access to a covered balcony.

Javea is a very popular and multicultural town with all services you need and plenty of amenities such as golf courses, aquatics sports, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Javea is well known for its sandy beaches and its El Cap de la Nau and Cap de Sant Antoni natural reserve.
