At the heart of the valley is the town of Jalon itself, with its traditional whitewashed houses and winding cobbled streets. There is a blue-domed church, and a fountain in the middle of the town square – this is where the local market is held on Tuesday mornings. With a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and bodegas, where you can sample the local wines, the town of Jalon will cater for all your day to day needs.
