After the implementation of emergency measures in March, the Spanish Government has now released its timetable for the easing of lockdown restrictions, and we’re pleased to announce the re-opening of HomeEspaña branches.
Our branches in Valencia, Denia, Benidoleig, Los Dolses and our La Zenia office at Calle Maestro Torralba will be reopening. Our branch in Pilar de la Horadada and the La Zenia office on Avda de la Playa will not be re-opening at this time. Staff and operations from both offices will relocate to the La Zenia Calle Maestro Torralba branch.
From Wednesday 6th May, clients will be able to visit our offices – although in the first phase, this will be by pre-arranged appointment only. If you have a property to sell and would like one of our valuation managers to visit your home, we will begin visits from May 11th. If you are buying a property, we can also carry out viewings from May 11th.
The safety of our customers, staff and the local community remains our top priority, and we will be adhering to new health and safety guidelines – so there will be some changes to our normal service. We will be releasing further details about health and safety practices in our workplaces in due course.
