A Place in the Sun Live at Olympia London was a huge success bringing in 7,814 people eager to find out more about buying an overseas property.
This is a record breaking attendance for the second time this year and a staggering 26% higher than the numbers at Olympia London last year.
Visitors attended in their thousands in search of expert advice and their very own place in the sun. Throughout the weekend The Hub was packed out as people queued to hear our very own representative from HomeEspaña, Clare Coombs, who gave the lowdown on purchasing a property in the Costa Blanca, alongside three other property experts for Spain: Marc Pritchard from Taylor Wimpey, who is a construction developer; Alex Radford from My lawyer Spain, an independent solicitor; and Angela Taylor from Buy a Home in Spain, who is based in the Costa del Sol. The seminar was a great success; people in their hundreds came to sit down and listed to the 45 minute panel, who were handing out top tips and answering questions on legal matters.
With Spain still being top of the list for our British buyers, our Home España colleagues were non-stop busy on stand E52, talking to visitors about specific requests, handing out information and presenting some of our best buys on the Costa Blanca. Some even booked their flights to come and visit us here in Spain.
