We purchased our apartment in Jávea through HomeEspaña and had an excellent experience with the agency throughout the entire process. What was particularly important to us was the comprehensive support we received from start to finish. HomeEspaña coordinated all the key steps and communication between the bank, lawyers, notary, and developer, which made the entire purchasing process much smoother and more straightforward for us. After the registration, we were also personally supported during the handover of the apartment and received assistance in reporting and addressing all the small improvements and finishing touches that were needed. HomeEspaña also continued to support us with practical matters such as arranging the internet connection and furnishing the apartment. We never felt left on our own, even after the purchase had been completed. We are very grateful for the professional, reliable, and personal support we received throughout the whole process. We’re happy with the service from Home España. Valuation by Jade Legge was thorough and effective. Contract and details were provided for very quickly. Ook met de drone is ze zeer vaardig . De foto's die ze op de website zet zijn een grote meerwaarde ! Zij is ook de juiste persoon om een juiste inschatting te maken voor verkoop van je huis. Desde el primer día fue súper profesional, paciente y siempre estuvo ahí cuando aparecía algún problema o yo ya estaba entrando en modo pánico. 😅 Nunca me hizo sentir que era "una cliente más". Siempre respondió mis dudas, me acompañó en cada paso y buscó soluciones en lugar de complicaciones. Gracias a ella, todo el proceso fue mucho más tranquilo y terminé comprando la casa de mis sueños.
