This is a traditional Spanish country property located on the edge of the town of Pego, on a flat plot of 4300m² (urban land) surrounded by orange groves and views towards the mountains, within walking distance to all the necessary amenities.

Upstairs we find three double bedrooms and a single room. One of the bedrooms benefits from air-conditioning.

Just next to the naya we have a BBQ area. Apart from the oranges we also find other fruit trees on the plot such as fig, medlar and persimmon. There is plenty of parking space and also a spacious garage which was for the tractor to work on the land.

The building structure of the villa is very good, the electricity was upgraded to 220v some years ago, it has connection to mains water and it would be very easy to connect to mains sewerage.

Pego is a vibrant town that offers all the necessary amenities, it takes a short 15-minute drive to the closest beach. The airports of Valencia and Alicante can be reached within an hour’s drive. There are weekly markets to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Pego is a great town which is worth a visit.
