There is also a large space that can be used as a utility room or for storing bicycles or skates. The living room is very cosy and has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is open plan, very large and bright.

From the kitchen there is access to an internal staircase leading up to the roof of the building, which can be used to enjoy the good weather. There are only one more neighbours in this building.

It is next to shops, restaurants and many other amenities. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and a fifteen-minute drive from the beach.
