We access the property into a spacious and bright living/dining room. Leading off the living room there is a separate and refurbished kitchen with plenty of natural light coming from the patio at the rear. Through a hallway there is a complete bathroom with a shower.

An internal staircase led us into the first floor where there are two good size bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and a space that could be a nice office. From here we reach the terrace, which is very private and has enough space to allocate a table and chairs.

Senija is a traditional Spanish village in the popular Jalon Valley. It’s perfect for those who love peace and tranquility but this village benefits from all amenities such as a school, medical centre, shops, bars and restaurants. Also, Senija is just a short drive to Benissa, Calpe and Moraira and their sandy beaches.
