Leading off the sitting room we have a fully fitted kitchen which comes with all necessary electrical appliances. From here we have access leads through to a east facing courtyard which fills this room with light.
Continuing on up the internal staircase to the first floor. Here we are greeted by a landing. Leading off the landing we have two double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes. Next, we have the spacious master bedroom, with Juliet balcony. Fitted wardrobes with vanity mirror are also included and ensuite with shower. Finally, on this floor, we have a spacious family bathroom.
This property also benefits from double glazing, fly nets and window shutters, high ceilings and electric heating in two of the bedrooms. Outside we have a Mediterranean landscaped garden filled with colour from various plants.
We think this property- “Will make a fantastic family home and has so much space for all your family and friends to visit. It is in the centre of the picturesque town of Senija where you are within minutes walk to the local bakery, butcher, superb restaurants and small shops. There is also a large community pool which is enjoyed by the all the community. You can also enjoy the local art which can be found on most street corners of the village
Within a thirty-minute drive, you can be in the popular coastal resorts of Denia, Javea or Moraira, with beautiful beaches, marinas, restaurants and seasonal water-sport facilities. Denia is one of the livelier areas of the north Costa Blanca and is busy all year round. The town centre with a great selection of fashion boutiques, shops, cafes and restaurants becomes pedestrianized in the early evenings and the restaurant tables spill out into the street giving it a party feel.
The port of Denia is fantastic if you fancy a trip to the Balearic Islands such as Ibiza or Mallorca. In Denia, Javea as well as Moraira there are many fine-dining restaurants as well as cobbled streets full of tapas bars and restaurants which ensure you will never run out of choice. A great place to come and live or have a holiday.
