Fantastic villa with five bedrooms and three bathrooms at the end of a quiet road close to the town of Pedreguer.

We access the property from the entrance hall into the spacious lounge with big windows to enjoy the panoramic views of the Pedreguer mountains. This space is connected to the dining room which is the perfect place for family meals. Nearby there is a separate and fully-fitted kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and an island in the middle. From the kitchen, you can go out to the naya terrace to have breakfast in the sun.
Through a hallway, there are three double bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower unit as well as access to the swimming pool terrace. On this level, there is also a guest toilet.
An internal staircase leads us to the underbuild which comprises two large bedrooms, a laundry room, and a garage with enough space to park four cars. Back in the lounge, we have a nice naya terrace that embraces the property and a stunning swimming pool terrace where you enjoy the sunset while you drink a glass of red wine.

Outside, the property stands upon a Mediterranean landscape with plenty of seating areas where you can enjoy the surroundings.

Pedreguer is a typical small Spanish town close to the larger vibrant towns of Denia and Javea. It has all the amenities you would expect including a pharmacy and large supermarket.
Festivals are held throughout the year and are a good way to experience the Spanish lifestyle and culture. The fabulous beaches of Denia and Javea are a short drive away where you will find lots of attractions including water sports, museums, and the ferry from the port in Denia which will take you to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza or Mallorca. Bars and restaurants are aplenty where you can sample some very fine dining.
